How do I get in touch?

How do I complain?

In the unlikely event that you or any member of your party have cause for complaint about any aspect of your travel, it is essential that our driver/courier or representative is informed immediately and given the opportunity of resolving the problem. If this is not possible you must instead contact our office on 01254 888888. We will issue you with a reference number which should be quoted in any correspondence regarding the complaint which must be sent within 28 days of your experience to us at 2 Commercial Road, Great Harwood, BB6 7HX
